Greater Auckland - same day - Rest of Auckland $25

Auckland Central - Monday - Friday
We have 2 set morning and afternoon pick ups for delivery’s going to all Central Areas and we try to have all orders delivered within 4 hours.
Orders must be received before 2pm for same day delivery.
Any deliveries to businesses must be ordered before 12pm to ensure delivery within business hours.

Auckland Central - Saturday
Orders must be received before 12pm No times can be specified unless confirmed through the shop.

Auckland Outer Areas (Mon – Fri)
We have regular pick ups for the outer areas.
Orders must be received before 12pm for same day delivery.
Any deliveries to businesses must be ordered before 10am to ensure delivery within business hours.

Auckland Outer Areas (Saturday)
Orders must be received before 10am for same day delivery.
No times can be specified unless confirmed through the shop.

Delivery Confirmation
You'll receive a notification once your order has been placed on the courier. If no one is home, our courier will access the drop off point and make sure they are safe from the weather and not seen from the street - we require the courier to take a photo on deliver when no one is home. Please put all the details that insure a safe delivery -eg - is there a gate that has a gate code/ are there dogs / is it a apartment with surcurity? Please make sure you place the contact number of who it is going to on the order - we dont call them unless it is required to make sure the delivery gets there safley and on time. If the courier cant delivery safley and cant get in contact with you or the reciptant, they will hold the dleivery untill they have made contact eith with you or the reciptant - this may inqure a second delivery fee if we can not get in touch with you or the recipant straight away and they have to re deliver later in the day or the following day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.greenpoint.co.nz , by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

You can generally expect your flowers to last from 7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
5 main steps will help your flowers to last as long as possible:

1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers
2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled with fresh water
3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
5. Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least five days let us know within this time by calling (09)360 1744. Once we are confident that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace the flowers.

Please note that we may firstly request a photo of the flowers and can only replace them if we are able to pick up the old flowers at the same time as we deliver the replacements.
