Subscription Refund Policy Clause

Subscription Orders & Refunds

• First-Time Orders: Our standard 3 day return and refund policy applies to the very first order of your subscription.
  
  
• Recurring Auto-Renewals: Once a recurring subscription order has been successfully billed and processed, it is non-refundable. We send a renewal reminder email [e.g., 3 days] before billing; it is the customer’s responsibility to pause or cancel before the billing date.
  
  
• Failed Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after the billing cutoff deadline, you will receive and be charged for that final scheduled order. Your cancellation will then take effect for all subsequent months.
